Portugal Retreat – Yoga, Pilates & Sound Bath

This retreat is meant to be a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Sound Baths, and much more.
These practices, combined with our breath, will be our stepping stone to dive deep into ourselves, into that natural, harmonious space that is in Us but often ignored or forgotten.
This time will be dedicated to re-discovering our potentials and the deeper nature of our True Self, to getting back in touch with our innate Power and Joy.
The trees, the sun, the ocean, the stars and the fire… All the natural elements will be our guides through this inner journey.
We will slow the pace down, taking all the time to come to a deeper listening of ourselves, allowing our natural instinct to rise again.
If you hear the call, come and join this group who could be our tribe for a week.
Namaste’.

Laura P. and Shankari, holding this retreat

Laura P. met Yoga and Pilates many years ago. In 1992 she went for her first trip in India and attended her first Teacher Training at Shivananda Ashram in Rishikesh. Since then she followed with her practice and the wish to share it with others. In the next few years she focused on Pilates and in 2011 she started her journey at Federazione Italiana Fitness. Since then she worked in various Yoga centres and gyms as Yoga and Pilates teacher and Personal Trainer. She is also holistic operator, specialized in Foot Reflexology.

Shankari lived in London between 2001 and 2012, where she met her Master Mooji and attended many Satsangs (meeting on the True nature of the Self). The search for the True Nature of Being has always been a strong call for her since child time. In 2013 she completed the 200hours formation of Integral Yoga at Samadhi school in Florence. She immediately started teaching afterwards. In 2015 she attended another 200 hours on Prana Yoga Flow in Milan with Andrew McAuley. She always adapts her classes to the group, offering practices accessible to everybody. Yoga gives strength and flexibility to the body and the mind. The breath combined with the flow of movements take the body into a meditation in motion, so the subtle energies can start flowing freely again bringing new freshness and vitality, the body can open up and the mind can rest in silence. She holds Sound Baths or Sound Meditations with Crystal Singing Bowls and other instruments, creating pure vibrations and frequencies. She is constantly deepening her journey through of vibrations, Yoga and her own self.
