A practice of meditation with time to breathe, connect with yourself and bring to your day the calmness and clarity you developed in meditation.

20€ per card for 5 sessions, the first session being free. Payment should be made when you purchase the card. The first practice is offered to the first time you come to SHE, or to the practice of mindfulness.

ABOUT MINDFULNESS:

Do you feel your life going by without really enjoying it? Mindfulness offers solutions to get out of this autopilot state and unnecessary stress.

Mindfulness or full attention is the act of intentionally giving attention to the present moment. Most people are constantly thinking about something else, which is not related to what they are doing. To be mindful is to be totally in the present moment, in an intentional, experiential and non-judgmental way.

The purpose of mindfulness meditation is not only to reduce stress or make us feel better in the present moment, but also to make fundamental discoveries about our mind. Meditation is mental training and improves our lives.
